Uganda has approx 2,300,000 orphans below the age of seventeen – they have been orphaned as a result of poverty, aids, war and famine. Sponsor
New Beginnings aims to offer care, protection and love for some of these orphans and underprivileged children in the safety of our children’s village in Nakasongola district in Central Uganda.
We seek to provide a family orientated home as well as education and medical care.
Any person wishing to visit New Beginnings Children’s Village whether for a day visit or overnight must contact the office to obtain an Independent Application Form which must be submitted for a committee decision.
An Access NI check will also need to be processed.

Come to the Garden Party at the home of David & Hazel Charleton Thursday 10th August 2017 12:30pm - 4:30pm & 7pm-9pm 7 Ballymartin Village, Ballymartin, County Down
All money raised will go to NBCF Hope Builders - All Welcome! New Beginnings Hope Builders New Beginnings is a Christian charity that gives a home, family and education to over 150 children. As well as academic education, such as mathematics and literature, the children are also taught trades, such as farming, building, basket weaving, textiles, needlecraft and breadmaking, which will equip them with the necessary skills to earn a living as independent adults. On Thursday 10th August, a Garden Party will take place at the home of David and Hazel Charleton to support a team that will be travelling to Uganda in January 2018. The 36-strong team will be building boarding accommodation at New Beginnings Nursery & Primary School to allow children from the surrounding community to receive a high-quality education. These children currently walk to school through high-risk bushland. We invite you to come and join us at 7 Ballymartin Village from 12:30pm to 4:30pm and again at 7pm to 9pm to support this very worthwhile charity that has such a life changing impact on these vulnerable children. ...
