As we are unable to send any outreach teams this year again, we feel the children, staff and team members are all missing out on fun, fellowship and learning new skills from each other.

Teams also bring much needed funds, which due to covid and the closure of our charity shop, have been sorely missed.

We are organising a virtual fundraiser where we invite you to enjoy a walk, run, cycle or swim and ask you to record your miles on the link on our website, and also make a donation.

We plan to cover the 4250 miles from Kilkeel to Nakasongola and hope to raise £4250.

Funds raised will go to providing sick and malnourished children with a special diet, specially adapted wheelchairs, mosquito nets, improving sanitation and many other needs which could not be met last year. Every penny makes a huge difference and saves lives.

The exciting thing about this fundraiser is that as we travel virtually towards Nakasongola, some of the children will also be involved by travelling virtually towards Kilkeel; we wonder when our paths will cross.
